If you are struggling to put food on the table, you are not alone. The Food Bank at the Life Center is an emergency food pantry for those who are experiencing need. We have a caring team who wants to welcome you, listen to your story, and offer encouragement for the future.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
- Photo ID for all adults you wish to list in your household
- Birth Certificate or Insurance card for all minors you wish to list in your household
- Proof of your address
Please have these items ready and with you on your first visit to help make the check in process go smoothly.
